Physical and mental healings are contained through-out the entire Bible! God supernaturally healed people during the Old Testament times and Jesus continuously performed healings during the New Testament times. In fact, the Bible states Jesus healed all sicknesses and all diseases of all who came to him. The Bible also tells us God (God the Father, Jesus the Son, and Holy Spirit) never changes. In other words, God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8; Malachi 3:6), so we can have assurance that God’s same biblical-day healings and compassion are still available to us today! In fact, the Bible tells us God has already provided our healing (Isaiah 53:4-5 and 1 Peter 2:24), and all we have to do is receive it! This is huge and exciting news! [NOTE: Please refer to the “Home” page for further biblical information and instruction on this game-changing good news!] The Bible also tells us that scripture is health or medicine to our body and nourishment to our bones. So, try thinking of the “Gospel” as the “Gos-pill” – as it is “good news” to our health! Therefore, taking a daily dose of God’s Word (reading, listening, speaking, and meditating on healing verses) is important for maintaining good health – physically, mentally, and spiritually. For those who happen to be sick, try taking 2-3 daily doses of God’s spiritual medicine as well as saying a prayer of faith knowing that God will heal you. God wants us healed and He provides numerous scriptures to provide encouragement, assurance, comfort, and healing!
